Dress: casual; jeans are not permitted in the clubhouse, with the exception of designer jeans.
Cost: $90 for Members and $100 for Guests

Event Details
The luncheon will take place at the Richmond Golf Club overlooking the San Pablo Bay. Neurobiologist Marie Burns PhD of UC Davis will give a presentation regarding the focus of her research and her experience as a winemaker. Lunch will include a sampling of wines from Collina De Bella, Dr. Burns' estate vineyard and winery, located in the newly established Winters Highlands AVA in Yolo County. Following lunch we will have a mini vertical tasting of select bottles of Black Cat Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon that were gifted to the Society, a gift facilitated by our Events Coordinator.

SANDWICHES
Vegan Grilled Portobello
Caramelized onions, sweet red pepper, wild mixed
greens, and balsamic vinaigrette on whole wheat roll
Chicken Hummus Naanwich
Marinated grilled free-range chicken, house-made lemon
and rosemary hummus, spinach, cucumber, cherry
tomato, red onion, and chimichurri sauce on naan bread
SALADS
Southwestern Steak Salad
Grilled chile and lime marinated flank steak, sliced and
served on a bed of romaine lettuce with a black bean
and roasted corn salsa, diced avocados, cherry tomatoes,
crispy tortilla strips, tossed with a house made chipotle ranch dressing
California Cobb Salad
Sliced grilled chicken breast on top a bed of romaine
topped with crumbled bacon, tomato, and hard-boiled
egg, diced avocado and cucumbers, and finely minced
scallions. Served with herb vinaigrette
